Common use of Mobile Plant Clause in Contracts

Mobile Plant. Inclusion of Third Party Working Risks where Tool of Trade is used only for Work performed in or upon the Motor Vehicle or Trailer. We agree that We shall not be liable under Section B of this Policy except so far as is necessary to meet the requirements of the Legislation in respect of liability arising out of: (a) the explosion of the vessel under pressure being part of plant attached to or forming part of the Motor Vehicle.
