The monetization of mobile traffic is now integrated in the Kwanko Advertisers' Campaigns, as it is a delivery channel of the Publisher. It gives right to remuneration according to the conditions of remuneration of the Advertisers' Campaigns

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in such licenses, the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability provisions in this License Agreement shall apply to such Third Party Programs.

  • In-Service Programs The parties to this collective agreement recognize the value of in-service education both to the employee and the Employer. A) The Employer reserves the right to identify specific in-service programs deemed compulsory. B) Employees required to attend such programs will be paid at the applicable rate of pay.
