Mobile Units. An Expando mobile unit from the MTVG fleet numbered 49FLEX-CC (or similar) (“Mobile Unit”): with two (2) engineers (one “EIC”and one “E2”) and one Driver, (pre-cable day is one EIC + driver) with equipment listed on Mobile Unit equipment specifications page on website. Includes run-of-truck.
Mobile Units. A. The Operational Management Plan, which has been approved by Department, includes a Mobile Unit Plan addressing the number of units, general locations of the units, items to be sold, proposed prices, and pictures of all mobile units, including signage. The general outdoor locations in which Operator may operate mobile units include the following, described more particularly in the map attached as Exhibit C: the Train Baggage Car, along Liberty Walk, adjacent to walkways, plaza, roadways, parking lots, and playgrounds. The specific locations within these designated locations shall be agreed upon between the Operator and Park Superintendent and approved by the Department. Mobile units shall not be operated inside of any building, obstruct pedestrian walkways, or obstruct vehicular traffic. Any violations of these conditions shall result in the loss of mobile unit usage and may be deemed a default of this Agreement.
Mobile Units. They execute the operations that are assigned to them by the Dispatchers and the Agency Terminals. They can establish voice and data connection to the PSAP over the radio network.
