Mode of Educational Instruction Sample Clauses

Mode of Educational Instruction. Student understands and agrees that Student’s financial responsibilities under this contract are not affected by the mode through which CU Boulder offers any educational instruction, for example remote, in-person, or hybrid. Except as provided in the termination provisions of this contract, University is not required to relieve Student from any financial responsibilities under this contract, even if course modality changes or other circumstances result in modification, termination, or suspension of some educational services throughout the academic semesters.

  • Department of Education The School shall administer all student testing as required by applicable federal and state laws, rules, policies, and procedures.

  • Board of Education a) If the unit member and the Association are not satisfied with the decision at Stage 2, the Grievance Committee will file an appeal in writing with the Board of Education within fifteen (15) school days after receiving the decision at Stage 2.   • BOARD OF EDUCATION RIGHTS A.
