Modern Slavery. a) Both Parties shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations legally binding codes and sanctions relating to the Modern Slavery Xxx 0000 (the “Slavery Rules”) and the Company shall comply with any reasonable written request received from the Customer for the purposes of any annual reporting requirements under the Slavery Rules. b) In the event that a Party is found not to comply with the Slavery Rules or has reasonable grounds for suspecting the other Party of not being in compliance it shall as soon as reasonably practicable notify the other Party in writing of the particulars of such non- compliance and/or suspicions.
