Modes of Delivery. Except as otherwise provided in any Loan Document, notices, requests, demands, directions, agreements and documents delivered in connection with the Loan Documents (collectively, “communications”) shall be transmitted by Requisite Notice to the number and address set forth on Schedule 10.2, may be delivered by the following modes of delivery, and shall be effective as follows: Courier Scheduled delivery date Facsimile When transmission in legible form complete Mail Fourth Business Day after deposit in U.S. mail first class postage pre-paid Personal delivery When received Telephone When conversation completed provided, however, that communications delivered to Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2 must be in writing and shall not be effective until actually received by Administrative Agent.

Modes of Delivery. Any notice or communications which the Company gives to all Shareholders concerning any matter relating to this agreement may be given by email and posting that matter on the website of the Company. Notices to a Shareholder by the Company on a matter affecting a specific Shareholder may be: (a) delivered by hand to the designated address of that Shareholder or the Company; or (b) sent by post to that address; or (c) sent by facsimile to that Shareholder; or (d) sent by email.
