Modification of Fees. Court may modify the fees by amending the Policies & Notices as provided herein, and the modified fees shall be effective on the date specified in the Policies & Notices, which shall not be less than thirty days from the publication of the Policies & Notices. Subscriber shall have the option of accepting such changes or terminating this Subscriber Amendment as provided in section 1 hereof.
Modification of Fees. Circumstances may arise necessitating a change in the foregoing fee schedule. The Bank will maintain the fees at a level that is fair and reasonable in relation to the responsibilities assumed and the duties performed.

CFS may increase the Subscription Fee or Overage Plan Fee for any Renewal Term by providing writing notice of such increase at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then current Term. If the Terms are not terminated prior to the start of the Renewal Term, the Firm or any of its Users’ continued use of the Services after the effective date of the change indicates the Firm’s agreement with the new or changed Fees.
