Modification of Funding. Notify the Grantee in writing within 30 calendar days of becoming aware of the need for any modifications in Agreement funding commitments made necessary by action of the federal government, the governor, the legislature or the Department of Technology Management and Budget on behalf of the governor or the legislature. Implementation of the modifications will be determined jointly by the Grantee and the Department.

Modification of Funding. DHHS may also update or modify the information contained in the Grant Agreement without a written amendment. Should funding information required to be provided to Grantee by 2 CFR § 200.331 or 45 CFR § 75.352, other than the total amount of funds awarded, change during the course of the Grant, DHHS shall issue a “Funding Update.” Any “Funding Update” shall supersede the Grant and may also be used to extend the Period of Performance and modify any terms related to the funding, such as final dates for invoicing and finalizing/spending. Funding information may also be updated in an amendment executed by both parties.
Modification of Funding. County reserves the right to modify levels of funding for programs and renegotiate Agreement budgets, if needed, due to increases or decreases in funding from the state. County also reserves the right to request changes in program design in order to accommodate changes made by the state. The County Human Services Director has authority to request and approve program design changes.

Related to Modification of Funding

  • Provision of Funding 3.1 In each Funding Year, the LHIN shall advise the HSP of the amount of its Estimated Provincial Subsidy. The amount of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy shall be calculated on both a monthly basis and an annual basis and will be allocated among the Envelopes and other funding streams applicable to the HSP, including the CFS.

  • Termination of Funding County may terminate this Contract in any fiscal year in that it is determined there is not sufficient funding. California Constitution Article XVI Section 18.

  • Duplication of Funding A. If Grantee receives any funding that is duplicative of funding received under this Grant Agreement/Contract that cannot be used for new or expanded eligible grant activities, Grantee will notify the assigned contract manager as soon as possible. System Agency may issue an amendment modifying budget and/or project activities to eliminate duplication. Additionally, Grantee understands that duplicative funding that cannot be re-programmed to support new or expanded grant-funded activities within the program’s scope may be de- obligated from this Grant Agreement/Contract and returned to System Agency.

  • Adjustment of Funding (a) The LHIN may adjust the Funding in any of the following circumstances:

No oral conversation, promise or representation by or between any officer or employee of the Parties shall modify any of the terms or conditions of this Contract. COMMISSION shall not be deemed to have approved or consented to any alteration of the terms of this Contract, including its Exhibits, by virtue of COMMISSION’s review and approval of, or failure to object to, contracts or other business transactions entered into by CONTRACTOR.
