Modification of Specimen Policies. Periodically, the County may modify the Specimen Policies by adding, removing, or amending the forms and endorsements attached. When such modifications are made, Participant will be provided with copies of the revised Specimen Policies and all attached forms at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of any change.
