Modified Terms and Conditions. The Directors may determine that any Option granted under this Part B of the Rules shall be subject to additional and/or modified terms and conditions relating to the grant and terms of exercise as may be necessary to comply with or take account of any securities, exchange control or taxation laws, regulations or practice of any territory which may have application to the relevant Eligible Employee, Option Holder or Participating Company.
