Modified Wednesdays. From March 10 through Spring Break, the 150 minutes of Collaborative time on Wednesdays for Secondary IAC teachers will be modified to allow for additional teacher-directed time to facilitate the hybrid transition, including class composition changes and grade level changes. HEA and HSD agree to utilize the problem-solving process prior to spring break to determine whether an extension of this modification is warranted. The modified time structure is therefore:

Modified Wednesdays. In order to mitigate the increased workload related to teaching both hybrid and remote students, the 150 minutes of Collaborative time on Wednesdays, outlined in the Reopening Schools MOU, will be modified to 60 minutes upon Secondary hybrid transition to allow for 90 minutes of additional individually- directed planning time. The remaining 60 Collaborative planning minutes will continue to be allocated for consistent collaborative teams comprised of teachers who share content areas and teach the same standards, and should be focused on instructional needs and the essential four PLC questions.

  • Modified Work Week Where Employees in a unit have indicated a desire to work a modified work week, the Employer may authorize experiments with modified work week schedule, providing operational requirements permit and the provision of services are not adversely affected. The averaging period for a modified work week shall not exceed three (3) calendar weeks, and the work day shall not exceed ten (10) hours .

  • Monday through Friday Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all safes and other heavy property brought into the Building and also the times and manner of moving the same in and out of the Building.   • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an employee will receive a loading calculated on the rate of wage prescribed by subclause 7.1.3. The loading shall be as follows:

  • Monday to Friday inclusive Where a ten (10) hour normal work day is being worked, the hours of work shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday inclusive. The 4 x 10 hour day work week shall apply only when the week is scheduled for a minimum of 40 hours (4 days @ 10 hour/day) except where the week has a holiday.

  • Monday to Friday The Executive's salary has been computed to reflect that his regular duties are likely, from time to time, to require more than the normal hours per week and the Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional remuneration for work outside normal hours.
