Common use of Monitoring by the Wildlife Agencies Clause in Contracts

Monitoring by the Wildlife Agencies. The Wildlife Agencies may conduct inspections and monitoring of the site of any Covered Activity and may inspect any data or records required by the HCP/NCCP, this Agreement or the Permits in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
