Monitoring Cost Share and Spend Down. The MCO is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the cost share or monthly Medicaid waiver Group C spend down amounts of its members. The MCO is also responsible for knowing what the member’s ongoing medical/remedial expenses are and reporting changes in those amounts to the county income maintenance agency. The MCO is also responsible to report changes in other circumstances of members that may affect the amount of cost share or monthly Medicaid waiver Group C spend down to the county income maintenance agency within ten (10) calendar days of the change.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Eighteen Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($18,277.16). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout. Fee will be paid only on cost of work for these items.
