Monitoring the registration. Changes (adds and drops) to course registration will only be allowed during the first two weeks of each term. Nevertheless, that will not affect changes to or cancelation of the courses. No later than two weeks after the start date of each term, CDIUV will review the course registration of RUTGERS participants. CDIUV will be notified if RUTGERS makes any changes to the course registration.

CDI - UV will notify ISA ESPAÑA of each participant’s registration and the US credits (customized courses) or ECTS credits (for enrolment courses) registered during the term. ISA Students will also be responsible of notifying ISA ESPAÑA if they make any changes on the course registration. Payment of tuition for credits in excess of the maximum credits established for any student (4.10) will not be the responsibility of CDI - UV or ISA ESPAÑA unless ISA ESPAÑA explicitly agrees to pay the additional credits for that student.
