Customized Courses Sample Clauses

Customized Courses. CDIUV agrees to continue working with UGA to offer, through the DSP-FFTiC- UV, a series of special courses designed according to its need and the requirements of UGA students. These SPAN courses—under the auspices of this ICA—will count directly toward the degree requirements of UGA students and will generally adhere to existing SPAN course descriptions in UGA’s Bulletin of Courses. The costs for these courses will be specified hereunder.

Customized Courses. CDIUV agrees to work with RUTGERS on the development of special courses designed according to its needs. To facilitate the development of these RUTGERS Customized Courses, XXXXX agrees to identify CDIUV teachers who may be interested in teaching courses that meet the curriculum requirements of RUTGERS. The costs for these courses will be specified hereunder.
Customized Courses. In the event of cancellation of a customized course, Result and the customer both have the right to reschedule the course to a later date. Costs already incurred (such as hire of the venue and/or equipment) will be payable by the party who is responsible for the postponement. If a training or course is canceled more than 3 months before the training or course, the customer will be invoiced for any costs incurred up until such time. Should Result have reduced or only partial external expenses (e.g. for hire of the venue, speaker’s fees) due to the cancellation, the amount invoiced will be reduced accordingly. Result is responsible for agreements made with its subcontractors on potential cost savings. The customer shall comply with these agreements.
Customized Courses. For specially prepared case studies or scenarios incorporated into catalog-priced training materials at the request of the Purchasing Entity, the Contractor grants the Purchasing Entity a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, unlimited license to publish, translate, reproduce, modify, deliver, perform, display, and dispose of such case studies or scenarios delivered under this Master Agreement.
Customized Courses. CDI - UV agrees to work with ISA ESPAÑA on the development of special courses designed according to the needs of specific U.S. universities with which ISA ESPAÑA has relationships. To facilitate the development of these ISA ESPAÑA Custom Courses, CDI - UV agrees to identify CDI - UV professors who may be interested in teaching courses that meet the curriculum requirements of the U.S. institutions. The costs for these courses will be specified hereunder.
Customized Courses. UAS’s School of Career Education will create and teach a five- day course specifically for SEARHC, with completion of the training material as outlined above.
