Monitoring the Service, Sharing Information. Bank and its service providers may receive and share with one another names, domain names, addresses, telephone and device numbers, the content of messages, data files and other data and information you provide or from other sources in connection with Mobile Banking. Bank and its service providers will maintain reasonable safeguards to protect this information from unauthorized disclosure or use, but we reserve the right to use and disclose your information as reasonably necessary to deliver the Services and as otherwise permitted by Applicable Law, including, without limitation, compliance with court orders or instructions from a government agency, to protect the personal safety of subscribers or the public, to defend claims, and as you otherwise authorize. Bank and its service providers also reserve the right to monitor the use of Mobile Banking for purposes of verifying compliance with Applicable Law, this Agreement, and any applicable license, but disclaim any obligation to monitor, filter, or edit any content. We reserve the right to limit the number of Devices through which you may access the Service.

  • Using the Services Please review the Twitter Rules, which are part of the User Agreement and outline what is prohibited on the Services. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Our Services evolve constantly. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, Twitter's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Twitter's providers; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by Twitter (and only pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Twitter (NOTE: crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file, however, scraping the Services without the prior consent of Twitter is expressly prohibited); (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services.   • Sharing Information with Billers You authorize us to share identifying personal information about you (such as name, address, telephone number, Xxxxxx account number) with companies that you have identified as your Billers and which we have identified as offering electronic bills for purposes of matching your identity on the Service’s records and the Xxxxxx’x records to (a) activate your affirmative request for electronic bills, and/or (b) confirm your eligibility for “trial basis” electronic bills.
