In order to properly use Mobile Banking, You agree to review and follow the instructions provided on Our website which are incorporated herein by reference. You accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with those instructions, and agree to contact Us directly if You have any problems with Mobile Banking. You also accept responsibility for making sure You know how to properly use Your Wireless Device and the Software. You agree that neither We nor Our service providers shall be liable for any loss or damage to You caused by Your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Services and/or the Mobile Deposit Service described in this Agreement (both referred to as "Mobile Banking Services"), the Software or Your Wireless Device. The availability, timeliness and proper functioning of Mobile Banking Services depend on many factors, including Your Wireless Device location, wireless network availability and signal strength, and the proper functioning and configuration of hardware, software and Your Wireless Device. You understand and agree that Mobile Banking Services may not always be accessible and may have limited utility over some wireless networks, such as while roaming. You agree that the Mobile Banking Services may not operate without interruption or be error-free and that neither We nor Our service providers shall be liable for any loss or damage to You caused by any unavailability or improper functioning of the Mobile Banking Services.
Use of Mobile Banking. Mobile Banking is not intended to replace access to Cal Coast Online from your computer or other methods you use to manage your accounts. You should review and follow usage instructions provided on our website. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions. We may modify Mobile Banking and any related services at any time. In the event of a modification, you are responsible for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking. We are not liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking.
Use of Mobile Banking. You agree that you will learn how to use Mobile Banking from the instructions contained within the Mobile App, and you agree that you will contact us if you have any questions about or problems with Mobile Banking or the Mobile App. If Mobile Banking or the Mobile App is modified, you are responsible for understanding how to use any modifications. You may not copy (other than a copy for personal or business use), modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, transfer, resell, lease, rent, distribute access to or republish any of the contents of Mobile Banking or the Mobile App without the prior written consent of Bank, which may be withheld in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise subject to the provisions of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s federal Regulation E for consumer customers, as further described in your Account agreement, Bank will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking, the Mobile App, or your mobile device. You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the Mobile App in any way that would: (a) infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any applicable law (law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising, anti-money laundering or bank secrecy); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt the computer networks connection to Mobile Banking or the Mobile App; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking or the Mobile App by any other user; or (j) gain unauthorized entry or access to Bank’s computer systems or the computer systems of others.
Use of Mobile Banking. Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before using, and that you always use Mobile Banking in accordance with any online instructions that may be delivered to you by us. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your wireless device and the Mobile Banking software (“Software”). From time to time, the Bank may change, upgrade, or add new features to Mobile Banking. In the event of such changes, you are responsible for making sure that you understand how to use the updated or changed version of the Software. The Bank will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking or your wireless device.
Use of Mobile Banking. You may not copy (other than a single copy for personal use), modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, transfer, resell or republish any of the Contents of Mobile Banking without the prior written consent of Bank, which may be withheld or withdrawn in Bank’s sole discretion.
Use of Mobile Banking. You agree that we may send you, by SMS/text, email, and other methods, communications relating to Mobile Banking, including without limitation welcome messages, information and requests for information relating to use of Mobile Banking. You agree to use Mobile Banking carefully, to keep your password confidential and secure and not share it with others, to check your statements and transactions regularly, to report any errors to us promptly by notifying us as specified in the “Notices” section in our eBranch Online Banking Service Agreement, and to cancel immediately your participation in Mobile Banking if you observe any material errors in the Mobile Banking Services.
Use of Mobile Banking. You agree that we may send you, by SMS/text, email, and other methods, communications relating to Prime Mobile, including without limitation welcome messages, information and requests for information relating to use of Prime Mobile. You agree to use Prime Mobile carefully, to keep your password confidential and secure and not share it with others, to check your statements and transactions regularly, to report any errors to us promptly by calling us during business hours at 414.486.4500, or toll free at 800.835.9680, and to cancel immediately your participation in Prime Mobile should you believe your account number or password may be compromised. Any fingerprints saved on your mobile device may be used to access the Prime Mobile app. We suggest reviewing the enrolled fingerprints to make sure that each person is authorized to access the personal and financial information available in Prime Mobile. Fingerprints are only stored on your device and the Prime Mobile app does not see or store your fingerprint information during the authentication process. You are responsible for safeguarding your mobile device. The use of fingerprint authentication signifies you acknowledge these terms have been accepted by one or more of the persons who established the subject account with us. You are responsible for all transfers and/or transactions performed with fingerprint authentication. If you are not comfortable with these terms we suggest you not enable fingerprint authentication and resort to using your username and password to gain access to your account through this mobile device.

We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking or your Mobile Device. You agree to use Mobile Banking carefully, to keep your password confidential and secure and not share it with others, to check your statements and transactions regularly, to report any errors to us promptly and to cancel your participation in Mobile Banking immediately if you observe any material errors in Mobile Banking. You must provide source indication in any messages you send (e.g., mobile telephone number "From" field in text message, etc.)
