Common use of Month of Service Clause in Contracts

Month of Service. For the purpose of this Article, an employee who is paid full salary and wages in respect of 50% or more of the days in the first or last calendar month of his/her service shall, in each case, be deemed to have had a month of service.

Month of Service. For the purpose of this Article, an An employee who is paid full salary and or wages in respect of 50% or more not less than one-half (1/2) of the working days in the first or last calendar month of his/her their service shall, shall in each case, be deemed to have had a full month of serviceservice for the purpose of Clause 18.02.
