Monthly Business Reviews. Each month by means of a sixty-minute phone call, the Management Team shall provide a review of the Business to the management of PI Europe and PBG Europe. Such meetings shall be integrated into other meetings involving the participants, and the parties shall agree on the templates/scorecards for such meetings to report on the performance of the Business versus the prevailing AOP and Strategic Plan.
