Common use of Monthly Capacity Payment Clause in Contracts

Monthly Capacity Payment. For each month, Buyer shall pay Seller for the Product the amount calculated as follows (“Monthly Capacity Payment”): MCP = CC x CP x SF x AAF Where: MCP is the Monthly Capacity Payment expressed in Dollars for such month of the Delivery Period.
