The Contractor shall furnish to the Authority no later than the twentieth (20th) day of each Calendar Month, a Monthly Certified Statement of Operating Receipts and Reimbursable Expenses (Statement) for the previous Calendar Month. If the twentieth day of the month is a non-business day, then the Monthly Certified Statement shall be due on the next business day. The Statement must be delivered to the Authority prior to the end of normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST/DST) on the day due.
