Taxicab Operators Sample Clauses

Taxicab Operators. Taxicab operator is defined as any person driving a taxicab that has been marked as a Washington Flyer Taxi. The Contractor shall be responsible for knowing the name and address of all taxicab operators driving Washington Flyer taxis bearing a number assigned to the Contractor and shall have a current operator agreement with any and all such taxicab operators. The Contractor shall ensure that all such taxicab operators are properly insured at all times while providing Flyer taxicab service. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that any and all such Flyer taxicab operators are subject to the same training, hiring guidelines and pre-employment and annual screenings administered by the Contractor. The Contractor shall not charge taxicab operators any fees other than those fees that are specifically identified on the Fees Schedule attached to this Contract as Exhibit F.

Taxicab Operators. Taxicab operator is defined as any person providing taxicab services under the Washington Flyer Taxi trademark. The Contractor shall be responsible for knowing the name and address of all taxicab operators and shall have a current Operator Agreement with any and all such taxicab operators. A copy of the standard Operator Agreement is incorporated and attached to this Contract as Exhibit I. The Contractor shall receive written approval from the Authority prior to making any modifications to the Operator Agreement in Exhibit I of this Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that all such taxicab operators are properly insured at all times while providing taxicab service under this Contract. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that any and all such taxicab operators are subject to the same training, hiring guidelines and pre-employment and annual screenings administered by the Contractor.
