MONTHLY CONTRACT ACTIVITY REPORTS. Contractor shall provide monthly sales reports for each delivery location supplied through this Contract. Reports are due by the 15th of the following month. Contractor shall email the report, in Microsoft Excel, to Enterprise Services (Contract Administrator) and the designated Purchaser representative(s) for each Purchaser.
