Monthly Invoices Based on Fixed Fee. If the Consultant invoices monthly for a “fixed fee,” then the Consultant will base its monthly invoice on the percentage of work completed during the previous month. If the Consultant is entitled to reimbursable expenses and/or separate payment for subconsultant costs, the invoice will include such expenses and/or costs incurred during the previous month.

  • Fixed Fee If “fixed fee” is the basis of compensation, then the Consultant must complete the task(s) for the amount set forth in Column 4. Any hours worked for which payment would result in a total exceeding the amount in Column 4 are at no cost to the City.

  • Schedule of Rates and Charges Any subconsultant rates and charges set forth in the Schedule of Rates and Charges must be the subconsultant’s actual rates and charges exclusive of any markup. The City will compensate the Consultant in accordance with those rates and charges.
