Monthly Invoices Based on Fixed Fee. If the Consultant invoices monthly for a “fixed fee,” then the Consultant will base its monthly invoice on the percentage of work completed during the previous month. If the Consultant is entitled to reimbursable expenses and/or separate payment for subconsultant costs, the invoice will include such expenses and/or costs incurred during the previous month.

If the Consultant is entitled to reimbursable expenses and/or separate payment for subconsultant costs, the invoice will include such expenses and/or costs incurred during the previous month.
