Common use of Monthly Meeting Clause in Contracts

Monthly Meeting. The Contractor must: meet monthly (or at such other times as the Contract Administrator may require) with the Contract Administrator and any other persons whom the Contract Administrator nominates; discuss the report it has prepared under clause 3.10 and such other matters as the Contract Administrator may from time to time require; promptly and fully respond to any questions which the Contract Administrator asks in relation to any report; and if it requires instructions from the Commonwealth, make all necessary recommendations with respect to the instructions required. The Contract Administrator must: before each meeting: prepare an agenda for the meeting; and issue an agenda for the meeting; and after each meeting: prepare minutes of the meeting; and issue minutes of the meeting.
