Fans. The chamber shall be equipped with one or more fans or blowers with a possible flow of 0.1 to 0.5 m3/second in order to thoroughly mix the atmosphere in the enclosure. It shall be possible to reach a homogeneous temperature and hydrogen concentration in the chamber during measurements. The vehicle in the enclosure shall not be subjected to a direct stream of air from the fans or blowers.

Fans. All equipment in Battery Charging Room.
Fans. Code-1/2 air change per hour. One additional air changes in total building. Two air changes in north 60,000 square feet in mezz area;
Fans. Fans shall deliver the required air volume flow rates at the associated system pressure drop. Each fan with overloading characteristics shall have a normal operating point well away from the point of overload. Sound attenuators, anti-vibration mountings and flexible connections to ductwork shall be provided as necessary in all fan sets. Centrifugal fans shall generally be mounted on rolled steel channel section base plates. They shall be complete with inspection door and drain. Axial and mixed flow fans shall generally have long type casings supported on mild steel channel or angle section bearers. Fans for special applications (e.g. dust extractors from inertial separators, from cupboards etc.) shall be provided as necessary. Fans shall be selected with minimum efficiency of 70%.
