Common use of More than five (5) days of vacation Clause in Contracts

More than five (5) days of vacation. An employee who wishes to take more than five (5) consecutive days of vacation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and designated holidays, shall submit a request to the employer at least one (1) month ahead of time. In such a case, the employer shall inform the employee of its decision within five (5) working days of receiving the request.
