More Than One Day. The request shall be made to the immediate supervisor that will be 28 forwarded to the Superintendent. The Superintendent may grant a request for non-emergency 29 circumstances if, in the Superintendent’s judgment, such absence is in the best interest of the 30 District and the employee. The Superintendent shall have three (3) options in unusual and 31 abnormal situations:
