Eligible Items You agree to scan and deposit only "checks" as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Regulation CC ("Reg. CC"). When the image of the check transmitted to the Bank is converted to an Image Replacement Document for subsequent presentment and collection, it shall thereafter be deemed an "item" within the meaning of Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.
Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.
Pool A grouping on the books and records of CAC or any of its subsidiaries of Advances or Contracts originated or to be originated with CAC or any of its subsidiaries by a Dealer and bearing the same pool identification number assigned by CAC’s computer system.
Motor Vehicle a. any self-propelled vehicle or machine, designed for movement on land or in water;
b. parts, furnishings or accessories attached to or located in any vehicle or machine described in 7.a.; and
c. any trailer or semi-trailer which is being carried on, towed by, or hitched for towing by a vehicle or machine described in 7.a..
Ineligible Items Items ineligible for grant award reimbursement include: alcohol, for consumption purposes; land; construction or reconstruction of driving ranges, towers and skid pads; construction, rehabilitation or remodeling of State, local or private buildings or structures; and office furnishings and fixtures. Grant funds shall never be used to purchase property or build facilities. Grantees are responsible for paying for grant-funded goods and services in a timely manner. Grant funds may not be used to pay late fees, finance charges, interest, or any costs associated with late or overdue bills. All such costs are the sole responsibility of Grantee.
