Vehicle Maintenance definition

Vehicle Maintenance means the maintenance work and procedures set out in paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to be carried out by the Depot Facility Owner as more fully described in the relevant Running Maintenance Programme;
Vehicle Maintenance means vehicle and equipment rehabilitation, mechanical repairs, painting, fueling, and lubrication.

Vehicle Maintenance. Elko County Transit Department has an Agreement with a designated vendor for repairs and preventative maintenance of the GET My Ride fleet. Elko County Transit Coordinator works with both parties to coordinate services. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with Elko County Transit Department and designated vendor for scheduled preventative maintenance, the correction of reported vehicle defects, and necessary road calls. Contractor is responsible for maintaining all records related to the vehicle maintenance, by establishing a separate file for each vehicle by unit number. The records will be kept according the Vehicle Maintenance Policy. The file for each vehicle shall be retained until such time the vehicle is disposed of by County. County may inspect vehicle maintenance records at any time.
