Vehicle Maintenance definition

Vehicle Maintenance means vehicle and equipment rehabilitation, mechanical repairs, painting, fueling, and lubrication.
Vehicle Maintenance means the maintenance work and procedures set out in paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to be carried out by the Depot Facility Owner as more fully described in the relevant Running Maintenance Programme;
Vehicle Maintenance means service, repair, or maintenance of any type of motor vehicle, including but not limited to: vehicle and equipment rehabilitation, mechanical repairs, painting, fueling, and lubrication.

  • Facilities and Vehicle Maintenance SNEMT services shall be operated from a facility provided by CONTRACTOR.

  • Payment for any Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services under such Purchase Order shall not be deemed acceptance.

  • Purchaser’s obligation to pay invoices is subject to receipt of a timely and accurate invoice and conforming Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services.

  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services performed under this Contract are subject to Purchaser’s reasonable inspection, testing, and approval.

  • Contractor, upon completion of the Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services, shall provide Purchaser with a complete and accurate invoice for the Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services no later than the time that Purchaser picks up the vehicle or within seven (7) business days of Purchaser picking up such vehicle.

  • Timeliness of Invoicing: Contractor timely shall invoice eligible Purchasers such that, over a rolling three-month period, no less than 90% of invoices are provided to Purchasers within 60 calendar days of the performance of the Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services and such invoices are accurate and complete.


More Definitions of Vehicle Maintenance

Vehicle Maintenance means the maintenance work and procedures to be carried out by the Depot Facility Owner as more fully described in the relevant Running Maintenance Programme;
Vehicle Maintenance. Only minor vehicle maintenance is permitted within the Complex and such maintenance shall be completed within 8 hours and only in the parking spaces located behind the residence.
Vehicle Maintenance. Elko County Transit Department has an Agreement with a designated vendor for repairs and preventative maintenance of the GET My Ride fleet. Elko County Transit Coordinator works with both parties to coordinate services. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with Elko County Transit Department and designated vendor for scheduled preventative maintenance, the correction of reported vehicle defects, and necessary road calls. Contractor is responsible for maintaining all records related to the vehicle maintenance, by establishing a separate file for each vehicle by unit number. The records will be kept according the Vehicle Maintenance Policy. The file for each vehicle shall be retained until such time the vehicle is disposed of by County. County may inspect vehicle maintenance records at any time.
Vehicle Maintenance. Vehicle washing and repair shall not be conducted on the premises.
Vehicle Maintenance. No vehicle maintenance is permitted within the Community. Car Washing: Car wash spaces, if provided, are marked and are for use only while washing a vehicle. Parking Area Maintenance: Residents must comply with all notices to vacate parking areas for maintenance of parking facilities in Community areas. If Resident fails to comply with any such notice and such non-compliance interferes with a maintenance operation, the vehicle will be towed at Resident’s expense. Landlord shall not be liable for damage to any vehicle that a Resident fails to move in response to a maintenance notice.

Related to Vehicle Maintenance

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.
