Common use of Motorcycle Duty Clause in Contracts

Motorcycle Duty. Effective December 18, 1994, supervisors assigned by the Police Chief to motorcycle duty shall receive compensation in addition to their regular rate of pay. Such compensation shall be made biweekly at a rate of forty-two cents ($.42) per hour for all hours earned. Member must be designated in advance by the Police Chief or his/her designee.
