Common use of Motorcycle Pay Clause in Contracts

Motorcycle Pay. Every employee who is required to operate a motorcycle in the performance of the employee's duties shall be paid in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay, the sum of $1.00 for each day that the employee operates such motorcycle.
