Common use of Motorcycle Pay Clause in Contracts

Motorcycle Pay. Every member who is required to operate a motorcycle in the performance of their duties shall be paid in addition to their regular rate of pay the sum of $1.25 for each 10-hour day that the member operates such a motorcycle.
