Extended Tour of Duty. An employee who is required immediately following completion of a shift to work overtime of ½ (one-half) hour or more in excess of 12 (twelve) consecutive hours of regular police work (for purposes of this Subsection 7.3 only to be deemed to be inclusive of the minimum 15 (fifteen) minutes preceding shift start time that an employee is required to report for duty) shall be compensated at the rate of 1½ (one and one-half) times the hourly rate of such employee, computed on the basis of the employee's regular working hours, for the first 2 consecutive hours of overtime worked by the employee and at the rate of double the hourly rate computed as aforesaid, for all hours worked by such employee in excess of 14 consecutive hours of regular police work. The overtime worked by an employee to which the provisions of this Section 7.3 are applicable is in this Agreement referred to as "extended tour of duty".
Extended Tour of Duty. Any employee who is not properly relieved from duty upon termination of a shift for the reason that a relief has failed to report for duty at the scheduled time and place, shall be required immediately to advise the Dispatcher of the fact that the employee has not been properly relieved and will then be on an extended tour of duty until properly relieved for a maximum of two (2) hours subject to the completion of any events. Such time shall be paid at double the employee’s regular hourly rate.

The overtime worked by a member to which the provisions of this Section 7.3 are applicable is in this Agreement referred to as "extended tour of duty".
Extended Tour of Duty. A member who is required immediately following completion of a shift to work overtime of ½ (one-half) hour or more in excess of the member's normal shift length (for purposes of this Article 10 only to be deemed to be inclusive of the minimum 15 (fifteen) minutes preceding shift start time that a member is required to report for duty) it being understood that the first half hour of overtime shall not be claimed for unless the member has worked sufficient time to claim for a full hour of overtime; and, it is further understood that Float Time Leave as defined in Article 16.2(b) does not qualify for overtime rates. Overtime worked in excess of one-half hour, up to one (1) hour over the regular shift shall be one (1) hour of overtime. Any time in excess of one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes shall be an additional hour of overtime. Overtime rates shall be one and one-half times (1½X) the member's regular hourly rate of pay for the first two consecutive hours of an extended tour and two times (2X) the member's regular hourly rate of pay thereafter.
Extended Tour of Duty. (a) A Member who is required to work overtime of one-half hour or more in excess of that Member's regularly scheduled shift, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the hourly rate of such Member, computed on the basis of his/her regular working hours, for the first two consecutive hours of overtime worked by him/her and at the rate of twice the hourly rate computed as aforesaid, for all hours worked by such Member in excess of two hours of overtime on Police Work. (b) Where a Member is called out for duty within three hours preceding his/her regularly scheduled shift, this shall constitute an Extended Tour of Duty and rates of pay as noted in Section 10.2(a) will apply.
Extended Tour of Duty. Any member who is called to military duty for a period in excess of four hundred eight (408) hours in any one calendar year is entitled to a leave of absence and to be paid, during each month of that period, the lesser of the following: 1) The difference between his gross monthly wage or salary as an employee and the sum of his gross military pay and allowances received that month; 2) Five hundred dollars. No member shall receive payments under this section if the sum of his/her gross military pay and allowances received in a month exceeds his/her gross monthly wage or salary as an employee.
