Common use of Motorcycle Unit Clause in Contracts

Motorcycle Unit. Motorcycle Unit positions shall be posted in accordance with Section 30.01. The Employer retains the right to determine and select the most qualified from among the bidders. If all qualifications and criteria are determined to be equal, seniority shall be considered for selection to the position. An employee with an active discipline above a written reprimand issued after September 29, 2016 shall have no rights to grieve non-selection. The following criteria will be used to determine the ability of a candidate to carry out the varied responsibilities associated with being a Motorcycle Unit member.
