Dispatcher Transfers. A Dispatcher in the Telecommunications Division who has successfully completed a probationary period and who is subsequently promoted into the bargaining unit shall serve a probationary period of at least ninety (90) actual working days up to a maximum of six (6) months. If he/she fails the probationary period, but is not discharged for cause, the County may return him/her to his/her former position. Should the County do so, it shall be without loss of County seniority. All benefit time from his/her Dispatcher title shall be carried forth in the supervisory position.
