MOU Modification. This MOU may be subsequently modified at any time but no modification shall be valid or binding unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Parties.
MOU Modification. No agreement, alteration, understanding, variation, waiver, or modification of any of the terms or provisions contained herein shall in any manner be binding upon the parties hereto, unless made and executed in writing by the parties hereto, and if required, approved and implemented by County's Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors of Sonoma County Water Agency.
MOU Modification. This MOU may be modified only by the written approval of the legislative bodies of both PARTIES.

Any change of the scope of activity under this MOU or additional scope will be documented and approved by the Parties through a modification to this MOU.
