Common use of Move-In Clause in Contracts

Move-In. Tenant may not move into the property until all fees, deposits, first month's rent and last month's rent have been paid in full by all residents of the apartment or house. All utilities must be placed in Tenant's or Tenants' name(s) with the utility companies. Tenant will provide confirmation from the power and water company prior to receiving keys. All lease documents must be completed prior to move in. NO EXCEPTIONS!
