IN/MOVE‐OUT. The student may move‐in to the assigned housing space on the published move‐in day and must be moved out by the published move‐out date. All dates are listed on the FIU Housing website.
IN/MOVE‐OUT. Renter shall not begin moving equipment, furnishings, other property or personnel onto the Premises prior to the move- in date and time. Any equipment, furnishings, or other property belonging to Renter remaining upon the Premises after the move- out date shall be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of by University, at such time and in such manner as university may determine at its sole discretion. Renter will be billed at the rate of $35 per hour for this service. Renter acknowledges that University shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss of or damage to Renter’s equipment, materials or other property which may arise as a result of such disposal.

In the receipt, handling, care or custody of property of any kind shipped or otherwise delivered to the Building, either prior to, during, or subsequent to the use of the Building by Renter, the SOD and its officers, agents and employees shall act for the accommodation of Renter, when reasonably possible. Neither the SOD, nor its officers, agents, nor employees shall be liable for loss, transport cost damage, or injury to such property. Renter shall be charged one-half hour before the projected start time of the Event and one-half hour following the projected end time of the Event. Vacation of the premises must be complete at the end of the half-hour following the Event. Should the building not be evacuated by that time additional charges will apply. All articles, exhibits, fixtures, materials, displays, etc., shall be brought to or out of the Building only at such entrances as may be designated by the PD. Renter’s Authorized Adult must remain on premises until the building is vacated and they are released to leave by the SOD Authorized Personnel.

IN/MOVE‐OUT. 7.1. Move-In. Move-in date will be communicated through email prior to the start of term. Please arrive on campus at your assigned time.

IN/MOVE‐OUT. A. RESIDENT/COSIGNER agrees to notify LANDLORD if the PREMISES isn't satisfactorily clean at move- in so it can be remedied. RESIDENT/COSIGNER will not be reimbursed for cleaning and RESIDENT/COSIGNER will be responsible for leaving the apartment clean at checkout.
IN/MOVE‐OUT. The specific requirements as to time for installation and dismantling of exhibits shall be as set forth in the Exhibitor Manual, which will be supplied to each Exhibitor for the Show. Such requirements shall be binding upon the Exhibitor as though fully set forth herein. Movement of exhibits in and out of the Hall must be handled by official Show Contractors. No exhibit will be allowed into or out of the Hall without an official clearance from Show Management. The Exhibitor must make its own arrangements for transportation of exhibits and packing material. Show Management cannot accept or sign for exhibits on behalf of the Exhibitor. Move in and move out times and access outside of Show hours are limited to those described in the Exhibitor Manual. At such time after the close of the Show as Show Management may specify or upon sooner termination of this Agreement, all exhibits shall be removed and cleared from the Show space and shall be delivered to Show Management in as good and clean order and condition as it was when delivered to Exhibitor. Exhibitors will pay the cost of repairing any damage caused to the Hall facility by the Exhibitor and/or its contractors. Any property remaining after the last day designated by Show Management for it to be removed may be held or otherwise disposed of by Show Management or Hall Management at the Exhibitor’s expense. No property may be removed from the Show before the Show ends. IF BOOTH DISMANTLE OCCURS PRIOR TO SHOW END, A $500.00 FINE WILL BE ASSESSED.
