Move Out Inspection. Manager will perform a move-out inspection upon tenant vacating. Owners should expect normal wear and tear on their Property. Please refer to the contract addendum “Owners Normal Wear and Tear Addendum” for reference. Manager is not liable for any damage or normal wear and tear to the Property.
