Checkout. A. When I Check out of my Room, I will follow proper Checkout procedures as described at xxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxxx/0xxxxxxxx.
Checkout. 1. The Student agrees to follow the checkout procedures provided in the housing guidelines online. Failure to check out as instructed will result in an improper check-out fee of $150, in addition to cleaning or damage charges.
Checkout. If Resident has Occupied the assigned room, Resident must follow proper checkout procedures to avoid additional checkout and/or lock change charges.
Checkout. Student agrees to follow posted checkout procedures specific to his/her residential facility. Belmont reserves the right to require students to move from their residence within 24 hours of Student’s last final exam at the end of each semester, or 6:00 pm May 7, 2022, whichever occurs first. If Student withdraws from Belmont prior to the expiration of the term of the agreement, Student agrees to notify Residence Life in writing of withdrawal and complete proper checkout procedures with the Residence Director of Student’s facility within 48 hours of withdrawal from Belmont. Failure to check out within 48 hours of withdrawal or expiration of the license term will result in a $100 per day late charge for each day. Any belongings left after this time period will be packed up and shipped to the student address on file with the university. Student will be responsible for all costs associated with the removal of personal belongings remaining in the space. Students removed from Belmont Housing for disciplinary reasons will be required to complete proper checkout procedures within 48 hours following termination of this agreement. Failure to checkout by Student will result in a charge to change the lock on Student’s former residential space based on current lock change rates. Any belongings left after this time period will be packed up and shipped to the student address on file with the university. Student will be responsible for all costs associated with the removal of personal belongings remaining in the space. In the event of a university mandated removal from housing (excluding disciplinary reasons), with the approval from Residence Life, the student may request additional up to 2 weeks from the date of the notice to remove their belongings from their residential space. This only applies to their belongings; the student will not be able to live in the hall during this time. Any belongings left after this time period will be packed up and shipped to the student address on file with the university. Student will be responsible for all costs associated with the removal of personal belongings remaining in the space.

The Student agrees to vacate the space within 48 hours if no longer enrolled at the University. The student will be charged until checked out of the facility. Any property of the student left on University property after the termination of this contract may be handled, removed or disposed of at the risk and expense of the Student and the University shall in no event be responsible for any such property. The Student shall be liable for reasonable storage fees and administrative fees incurred and charged by the University in storage of such property, but the University is under no obligation to provide storage. The University is not responsible for any loss of property. Items placed in storage will only be kept for 30 days and then discarded.

Checkout. As a part of the checkout process, a student is responsible for turning in his/her room key and completing a final inventory of the room with a member of the residence hall staff. Additionally, the room must be cleaned and ready for occupancy. Failure to follow or to complete the checkout process will result in an improper checkout charge. Students who check out after their scheduled time will be assessed fines.
Checkout. The student must check-out within 24 hours after the student’s last final exam of the Spring semester (Fall semester for those not enrolling for the Spring semester), or by noon on the last day of the semester per the TWU Academic Calendar, whichever comes first. The student is to vacate the space within 48 hours after withdrawal or dismissal from the University, or be held liable for room charges beyond his/her last date of attendance. Failure to move out within the prescribed period may result in a $100 per day charge, conduct action, or any or all of the foregoing. In the case of eviction, the University will not be held responsible for student belongings and reserves the right to take possession of and discard such belongings, change all applicable locks, and charge the student for all necessary expenses. The student is expected to complete a proper check out prior to leaving the assigned space, as outlined in the Residence Life Handbook available on the TWU Housing website. When one occupant in a room/apartment moves out while others remain, each is equally and jointly responsible for cleaning the room, bathroom, and common areas. If any of those spaces are found to be in an unacceptable condition, cleaning services will be provided and all residents will be held liable for cleaning charges. The student must also complete and sign the Room Condition Report form and return all keys to a Residence Hall/Apt. staff member. If the student is departing prior to the end of the academic year, a Cancellation form must be completed prior to checkout. Failure to comply with this process may result in additional charges.
Checkout. Any employee who is accommodated by the Employer in camps may on any weekend vacate or check out of such accommodation and the Employer shall pay them twelve dollars ($12.00) per day. Any employee who is accommodated by the Employer in motels or hotels may on any weekend vacate or check out of such accommodation and the Employer shall pay them fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day. To qualify the employee must work their scheduled shift prior to the weekend and/or General Holiday and their scheduled shift after the weekend and/or General Holiday.
Checkout. Checkout procedures follow the end of contract terms, contract reassignment or contract terminations. When a resident moves out of the suite, they must return all keys, parking permits, and complete a final checkout form at the front desk. Failure to submit all keys and parking passes may result in housing fees charged to the student account. In a contract reassignment, residents are not required to return their parking pass. Residents are responsible to update their mailing information while moving out. College Housing staff will conduct end-of-contract room condition inventory reports. College Housing reserves the right to charge residents for any damages to the room that were not properly reported during the contract period, that were not general wear and tear, or that were not reported in the resident’s Room Condition Inventory Report at the beginning of the contract period. Personal property left in resident rooms after checkout will be put into storage for 30 days. College housing will contact the resident informing them of the leftover property. College Housing reserves the right to discard leftover personal property that has not been claimed after 30 days.
