Checkout. A. When I Check out of my Room, I will follow proper Checkout procedures as described at xxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxxx/0xxxxxxxx. B. If I am Checking out prior to the end of the Agreement Period, I will follow Agreement Termination procedures stated in Section XIV. C. If I am assigned to the same Room for EFS and the 2022–23 academic year, I am not required to Check out at the end of EFS nor D. If I do not have an assignment for the 2022–23 academic year I must Check out of my EFS Room by 6 p.m. on September 16, 2022. E. If I am participating in formal Panhellenic Recruitment I must vacate my EFS space by 12 noon on Saturday, September 17, 2022. F. If at the end of EFS I am assigned to a different Room for the 2022–23 academic year: 1. If my 2022–23 academic year room is available on September 10, 2022, I must Check in to my academic year Room, and Check out of my EFS Room on that date by 12 noon. 2. If my 2022–23 academic year room is not available on September 10, 2022, I must Check in to my academic year Room on September 11, 2022, and Check out of my EFS Room by 8 a.m. on that date. G. Prior to my Checkout, I will remove all of my personal belongings from my Room and Common Areas and follow the cleaning guidelines at xxx.xx.xxx/0xxxxxxxx. If I do not remove my personal belongings, HFS may pack and store and/or dispose of them at my expense. While HFS intends to make reasonable efforts to protect my belongings, I will not hold the University liable for any damage or loss. H. If I do not return my Room keys by the date I provided on my Agreement Termination notice or at the end of the Agreement Period, whichever comes first, I will be assessed other applicable charges for unreturned items and/or labor charges as shown in the incidental housing charges table at xxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxxx. I. If my keys are not returned, I may be assessed a lock change charge in order to secure my Room, plus an additional charge for each unreturned key. Checkout. 1. The Student agrees to follow the checkout procedures provided in the housing guidelines online. Failure to check out as instructed will result in an improper check-out fee of $150, in addition to cleaning or damage charges. 2. The Student agrees to vacate the assigned space within 48 hours if no longer enrolled. The student will be charged until checked out of the facility. 3. Any property of the student left on University property after the termination of this contract may be handled, removed or disposed of at the risk and expense of the Student and the University shall in no event be responsible for any such property. The Student shall be liable for reasonable storage fees and administrative fees incurred and charged by the University in storage of such property, but the University is under no obligation to provide storage. The University is not responsible for loss of property. Items placed in storage will only be stored for 30 days and then discarded.
Checkout. If Resident has Occupied the assigned room, Resident must follow proper checkout procedures to avoid additional checkout and/or lock change charges.
CheckoutStudent agrees to follow posted checkout procedures specific to his/her residential facility. Belmont reserves the right to require students to move from their residence within 24 hours of Student’s last final exam at the end of each semester, or 6:00 pm May 6, 2023, whichever occurs first.

CheckoutAny employee who is accommodated by the Employer in camps may on any weekend vacate or check out of such accommodation and the Employer shall pay them twelve dollars ($12.00) per day. CheckoutCheckout procedures follow the end of contract terms, contract reassignment or contract terminations. When a resident moves out of the suite, they must return all keys, parking permits, and complete a final checkout form at the front desk. Failure to submit all keys and parking passes may result in housing fees charged to the student account. In a contract reassignment, residents are not required to return their parking pass. Residents are responsible to update their mailing information while moving out. College Housing staff will conduct end-of-contract room condition inventory reports. College Housing reserves the right to charge residents for any damages to the room that were not properly reported during the contract period, that were not general wear and tear, or that were not reported in the resident’s Room Condition Inventory Report at the beginning of the contract period. Personal property left in resident rooms after checkout will be put into storage for 30 days. College housing will contact the resident informing them of the leftover property. College Housing reserves the right to discard leftover personal property that has not been claimed after 30 days.

Checkout. RENTER agrees to clear the facility, strike (move-out) production and complete a final-checkout by the Checkout date and time stated in Addendum A.
