Common use of Moving Expenses Clause in Contracts

Moving Expenses. Prior to Article 11 applying, an employee who is identified as surplus as per this Appendix and is required to relocate his/her residence shall receive moving expenses in accordance with the provisions of Part A, Item 23.0. Such moves will be treated as Company-initiated moves.
