Moving of Mobile Homes. On transfer, the Employer shall arrange and pay for the following: (a) Moving of mobile trailer or home up to twelve (12) feet wide including any skirting, cabanas, or attachments. Where mobile homes in excess of twelve (12) feet are involved, the Employer will pay the equivalent cost of moving a twelve (12) foot mobile home, or the real estate and legal fees involved in selling the extra wide trailer up to a maximum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). (b) Comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels, and trailer during the move up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). (c) The setting-up and levelling of a mobile home or double wide at the new location to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) upon production of receipts. (d) The packing and unpacking of the employee's household effects and chattels, if required.
