Common use of Multilingual/TDD Service Clause in Contracts

Multilingual/TDD Service. 21 CONTRACTOR shall at all times maintain the capability of responding to 22 telephone calls in English, Spanish or Vietnamese and such other languages as the City 23 Representative may reasonably require. CONTRACTOR shall at all times maintain the 24 capability of responding to telephone calls through Telecommunications Device for the 25 Deaf (TDD) Services.
