Common use of Multiple coverage Clause in Contracts

Multiple coverage. If the risks covered by this contract are also covered by another insurance policy, you must inform us of the name of the insurance company with which the other policy was taken out (article L 121-4 of the French Insurance Code) as soon as you become aware of this information, and at the latest when making the Claim.
