Multiple-Party Account. A multiple-party account is an account owned by two or more persons. A multiple- party account is also referred to as a joint account. All joint owners agree with each other and with us that all sums now paid in or hereafter paid in by any one or all account owner(s), including all dividends thereon, if any, are and will be owned by all account owner(s) jointly and equally regardless of their net contributions with a right of survivorship and will be subject to withdrawal or receipt by any of the account owner(s) or the survivor(s) of any of the account owner(s). We are not obligated to inquire as to the source of funds received for deposit to a joint account or to inquire as to the proposed use of any sums withdrawn from the account for the purpose of establishing net contributions. Being a joint owner of a member’s account does not constitute Credit Union membership for the joint owner. Joint owners may be non-members. A right of survivorship arising from the express terms of a joint account cannot be changed by a will. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and us, each joint owner, without the consent of any other joint owner, may, and hereby is authorized by every other joint owner, to conduct any transaction permitted under this Agreement, including without limitation: (1) to withdraw all or any part of the account funds; (2) to pledge the account funds as collateral to us for any obligation, whether that of one or more joint owners;

Multiple-Party Account. An account owned by two or more persons is a multiple party account with rights of survivorship.
Multiple-Party Account. If there is more than one account owner for your account, all account owners may access the funds deposited into the account. We may release all or any part of the amount in the account to honor withdrawals, orders, or requests from any person named on this account. However, the number of signatures on the Account Information form must be met. If we receive a signed, written notice from an account owner requesting that we prevent payments from the account, we may refuse to honor any withdrawals, orders, or requests from the account until we have written consent from all account owners. Any person named on the account is liable for an amount equal to the overdrawn balance plus any overdraft fee regardless of whether he or she signed the item or benefited from the proceeds of the item. We may freeze the account upon receipt of notice of the death or incapacity of an account owner until we have received all necessary documentation to establish to whom payment should be made. We may use the funds to satisfy a debt or judgment of any person named on this account if ordered to do so by a court of law.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the joint owners, if a request is made to alter the terms of the account and it is not signed by all of the joint owners on the account, we may in our discretion refuse to honor the request if it would change our obligations or rights under this Agreement. Your obligations under this Agreement are joint and several. This means that each joint owner is fully and personally obligated under the terms of this Agreement, including liability for overdrafts, irrespective of which joint owner benefited from the withdrawal.

Notwithstanding anything in this Section to the contrary, the NTO shall not have a right hereunder to receive or review any documents, data or other information of another Market Participant or the ISO, including documents, data or other information provided to the ISO, to the extent such documents, data or information have been designated as confidential pursuant to the procedures specified in the ISO Tariffs or to the extent that they have been designated as confidential by such other Market Participant; provided, however, that the NTO may receive and review any composite documents, data and other information that may be developed based on such confidential documents, data or information if the composite does not disclose any individual Market Participant’s confidential data or information.

  • Multiple Accounts 3.2.1 Calculations, reporting and administration may be performed by us separately for each of your Accounts, so that (without limitation):
