Multiple Staff Assignment Changes. When vacancies and unit employees’ applications occur resulting in multiple staff assignment changes, the School District may utilize the following procedure: Subdivision 1. Vacancies will be posted pursuant to Section 1 above. Subdivision 2. In most cases, employees will not assume their new position until all vacancies related to the change have been filled.
