Payment of Administrative Fee. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active employees who are active participants in the VEBA Plan shall be paid from the account. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active employees, who have accrued a balance in the VEBA Plan but change coverage, so that they are no longer entitled to employer contributions, shall be paid from the account. Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former employees shall be paid from the account. Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of retirees shall be paid from the account. Administrative fees shall be paid from the account; if the VEBA Plan is terminated or the Employer Contributions cease (by agreement between the parties).
Payment of Administrative Fee. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active clerical employees participating in the VEBA Plan shall be paid by the School District. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active clerical employees who have accrued a balance in the VEBA Plan but change coverage, so that they are no longer entitled to School District contributions, shall be paid by the School District. Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former clerical employees shall be paid by the former clerical employees. If the VEBA Plan is terminated or if School District contributions cease by agreement between the parties, administrative fees shall be paid by the School District if the clerical employee remains active. Once the employment relationship is discontinued, the former clerical employee will be responsible for the administrative fee.

If Employer Contributions cease as a result of collective bargaining or any agreement related thereto, administrative fees shall be paid from the HSA.

Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former teachers, including retirees, shall be paid from the teacher’s account. If the VEBA Plan is terminated or if School District contributions cease by agreement between the parties, administrative fees shall be paid from the teacher’s account.

Payment of Administrative Fee a. In those States where state law permits the Company or its agent to pay a licensing fee or other payment to a cooperative or trade association that will be returned in whole or in part to policyholders insured by the Company, the cooperative or trade association located in that State may pay all or a portion of the administrative fee only for CAT coverage on behalf of policyholders, located in that State or in a contiguous State, who consents to be insured under such arrangement in accordance with the applicable procedures.
b. The eligible producer has the option to select the agent or Company from whom the eligible producer will purchase a policy or plan of insurance, or to refuse coverage for which a payment is offered under subparagraph (a).

If the VEBA Plan is terminated, or if Employee Contributions cease by agreement between the parties, administrative fees shall be paid from the VEBA account.
