Payment of Administrative Fee. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active clerical employees participating in the VEBA Plan shall be paid by the School District. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active clerical employees who have accrued a balance in the VEBA Plan but change coverage, so that they are no longer entitled to School District contributions, shall be paid by the School District. Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former clerical employees shall be paid by the former clerical employees. If the VEBA Plan is terminated or if School District contributions cease by agreement between the parties, administrative fees shall be paid by the School District if the clerical employee remains active. Once the employment relationship is discontinued, the former clerical employee will be responsible for the administrative fee.

Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active teachers who have accrued a balance in the VEBA Plan but changed coverage, so they are no longer entitled to School District contributions, shall be paid from the teacher’s account. Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former teachers, including retirees, shall be paid from the teacher’s account. If the VEBA Plan is terminated or if School District contributions cease by agreement between the parties, administrative fees shall be paid from the teacher’s account.

Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former employees, including retirees, shall be paid from individual accounts. Administrative fees shall be paid from individual accounts of all participants in the event the VEBA Plan is terminated.
Payment of Administrative Fee. Administrative fees allocable to individual HSAs of active employees who are participants in the HDHP shall be paid by the Employer. Administrative fees allocable to individual HSAs of active employees who have accrued a balance in their HSAs, but are not longer eligible to contribute to the HSA, shall be paid from the HSA. Administrative fees allocable to the individual HSAs of former employees shall be paid from the HSA. If Employer Contributions cease as a result of collective bargaining or any agreement related thereto, administrative fees shall be paid from the HSA.
Payment of Administrative Fee a. In those States where state law permits the Company or its agent to pay a licensing fee or other payment to a cooperative or trade association that will be returned in whole or in part to policyholders insured by the Company, the cooperative or trade association located in that State may pay all or a portion of the administrative fee only for CAT coverage on behalf of policyholders, located in that State or in a contiguous State, who consents to be insured under such arrangement in accordance with the applicable procedures.

Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active participants who have accrued a balance in the “VEBA Plan”, but changed coverage, so they are no longer entitled to School District contributions, shall be paid from the participant’s account. Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former participants, including retirees, shall be paid from the participant’s account. If the “VEBA Plan” is terminated, or if School District contributions cease by agreement between the parties, administrative fees shall be paid from the participant’s account. Investment account fees will be paid from the participant’s account.

Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former employees shall be paid from the VEBA account, and deducted from the total accrued amount of dollars that are allocated to that former employee in the VEBA account. If the VEBA Plan is terminated, or if Employee Contributions cease by agreement between the parties administrative fees shall be paid from the VEBA account.

Payment of Administrative Fee. Board agrees to pay City administrative fee which shall be composed of a flat fee in the amount of One Percent (1%) of the total of all special assessments levied by the City to fund the Downtown BID and all interest and penalties collected or earned by the City.
