Common use of Municipal and Employee Contributions Clause in Contracts

Municipal and Employee Contributions. 1) Effective the first full month following Assembly approval of this agreement, the Municipality of Anchorage shall contribute an amount equal to one thousand seven hundred seventy-three dollars ($1773.00) per month to the Trust for each eligible employee. The Union shall advise the Municipality of Anchorage of pre-tax and after-tax contribution amounts that employees shall contribute per month to the Trust through payroll deduction.
