Mutual Commitment to Good Faith Negotiations. Good Faith Negotiations require a free and open exchange of views by both parties. Therefore, both parties agree to meet at reasonable times and places to negotiate in a good faith effort to reach agreement in accordance with TCA 49-5-601 through 49-5-613.
