Mutual Compensation. The Parties shall compensate each other for the exchange of Local Traffic originated by or terminating to the Parties’ Customers in accordance with Section 5.4.3. Charges for the transport and termination of optional EAS, intraLATA toll and interexchange traffic shall be in accordance with the Parties' respective intrastate or interstate access tariffs, as appropriate. 5.4.1.1 For purposes of reciprocal compensation, this Agreement recognizes that unless and until the Commission rules differently in Docket No. 00- 02-005, traffic originated by and passed to Internet Service Providers (ISPs), i.e., internet traffic, shall not be treated as Local Traffic and, therefore, shall not be subject to reciprocal compensation.
